To Be..

April 17, 2009

…. or not to be Is certainly not from one of those English text from Shakespeare but amazingly ‘a question’ that is posed by me to me and from me. A truly democratic situation for my beliefs. The question arises when each and every passing day there is a brand new sparkling article that is carried within the daily editorial which reads ‘Coffee – Is it doing any good?’ ..The moment I start reading it, the details gathered from some mundane scientific breakthrough experiments, forces the silent voice sitting inside me to scream that goes something like “HUHhhhh!!” In a very shrilling inaudible frequency..

Tell me this ‘Shouldn’t coffee be something to DRINK upon and not THOUGHT upon? For sure like so many things in this not so perfectly perfect world, tend to have their advantages and not-so-beneficial advantages (harms) “Alas! Coffee does happen to fall into this spiral of things that still requires its dose of arguments. ‘Is it bad, is it good, is it dark is it creamy ..blah! blahblah ..blah!

Get up in the morning pour a hot cuppa and you are good to go, as simple as that. But nooooo life is never meant to be simpler than it already is, so the discussion is always there ever to be a present from the smiling past. The heart troubles, ‘no I am not talking about relations here (..or maybe I am!) ..to mood settlements ..err ..Uplift meant and various other day-to-day aliments can cured by this remedial dark drink, infamously also know as coffee. Drinking a regular 1-2 cups can help in cutting down the risk of developing cancer. What better excuse to fetch another mug, huh! If you happen to be anything dissimilar to me, which in most cases ‘I am sure’ you will be, who likes to slug it out on endurance training and a lot of activities then a few drinks here and few cups there should be considered for your’s taste only. If the technical intricacy is anything to go by; a single cup of coffee consists caffeine (aprox. 60-70mg) that directly acts up on the central nervous system, resulting in increase of alertness and energy levels. “Which is in a way good for us humanly souled! So whatchya waiting for, I know you always wanted to have those big round bulges (muscular ones) on your arm but complained of not having enough energy to get! Drink down on some regular dose of caffeine in the form of coffee and in no time you will find yourself blessed with instant boost of energy for obtaining those bulging bicep or for that matter attaining that surf-board slim tummy.

So far so good with caffeine, but I just remembered something “..yeah! just ‘abhi!’ ‘too much of something is always bad!’ Don’t know who said it, but surely he was not into drinking I guess. “Anywho” as I was saying , if you are not already addicted to gamming, reading or peeking in your neighbors window, then you certainly should not consider into getting addicted to coffee. Addiction as defined by the sources is something that lefts you craving for more when it is already overdosed. To be true; gulping down barrels of hot coffee and still crave for more in the wee hours of morning or afternoon is in sane terms ‘ADDICTION’ for coffee. If Drinking soo much still haven’t helped you in acquiring those muscular biceps yet, then believe it never will. Did I mention that coffee consumption can lead to increase in stress in your already stressful life, which somehow surfaced from that broken finger nail of your middle finger. The reason for this is simple; caffeine being an addictive ingredient. So every time the amount that is needed to get the stimulus or ‘wake-up’ feeling also drastically increases. Then if you happen to miss even’ one’ cup from the tens that are drank down daily can lead to cause drowsiness feeling and or severe headache’s; all in all a very very ..very stressful situation in life.

I may not be the dude who sold his Armani but take my word on this, ‘Never exceed the limits to your coffee consumption’ Ohk never mind! You really don’t have to abide by what I say, Cuss you never know “I may already be stressful….
